Delivery times can vary significantly from order to order, depending on the type of material ordered, the quantity, the availability of product in our warehouses and the production and delivery times of our suppliers.

Normally the fulfillment of orders paid with credit cards takes place within 4-5 working days from the date of insertion,while for payments by bank transfer it is necessary to add the technical times of crediting the banking institutions, or 2-3 working days more.

As soon as the availability of the ordered products has been verified, it is our care to communicate, by e-mail, the expected delivery time for the execution of the order.

We point out that the fulfillment of orders takes place exclusively with a complete order, therefore with a single shipment. We do not make partial deliveries (i.e. several shipments per single order), unless expressly requested by the Customer, who will be charged the related additional transport costs.

RETURN FOR SIZE CHANGE

In the event that the size of the purchased product does not correspond to expectations within 14 days of receiving the goods, it is possible to return or replace the item. The shipping costs, only the return of the product, for the size change or replacement are borne by the customer.

We inform you that the returned product must be in perfect condition and with the tag attached as per the factory, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

In the event that a refund is requested, In case you request a refund, the shipping charges will NOT be refunded. In the event that the Customer has benefited from free shipping, the amount relating to the shipping costs abroad (€ 13.00, depending on the form of payment chosen) will be deducted from the refund amount.
